NEW: TR6 Tunnel Cover Question

Everyone,

I roughly followed the conversation on installing a plastic tunnel cover.
 JIST of the conversation is that this is hard to do.

MY QUESTION - this seems like it would be a no brainer.  What exactly is the
difficulty in doing this,  is it that the tolerances on the new cover are so
sloppy as to make installation difficult,  or is it that installation itself,
even of an old cardboard one is difficult.
