Just to let you know I finally sorted the problem of the soft top front lip
fitting under the aluminium capping on the windscreen frame. The solution was
the gentle easing upwards of the lip on the capping until there was just enough
room to fit the soft top front edge and it's metal strips. This was left in 
place
for a few days and now the whole system works as well as it ever did. Thanks for
