I am sad to inform you, that my car (my first Triumph) is now up for sale -
I currently have two GT6's, and it is simply not compatible with a student
budget. So, I have to sell one of them.
It is a red 1970 GT6+ with 78,000 miles on it (speedo was broken when I
bought it, so probably want to add a few miles to this - even though the
previous owner rarely used it, and it broke while in his possesion). Since I
at most can qualify as 'mechanic-in-trainin' - I have had to have most of
the work done by a British mechanic in town (THAT really hurts your wallet).
Since I bought it in August, I have had the following done at that Brit place:
* New electrical system
* New front brakes + calipers
* New front shocks
* New speedo
* Rebuilt front carb
- so all in all, I have invested around $4,000 in this car. It has a black
targa top (put in by PO), runs very good, but good use some paint. If you
want to have a look at it, and have access to a browser, it is on my homepage:

If anybody would be interested, I am asking $2,500 (obo) for it - and feel
free to call or e-mail.
Thanks,
Michael
