One thing to do every time the oil pan comes off is straighten the flange. This
might take a little while - get a good flat steel block to use as a mandrel, a
medium sized hammer and a drift, and check flatness with the edge of a metal
ruler. This will allow the gasket to seal properly. Use Permatex aircraft
sealant on all surfaces. Scrape the block clean of all old gasket material (of
course).

In addition, put some permatex #2 on the threads of the bolts. Note that some
of those bolts need to be shorter than others in order to snug up properly...

If the pushrods don't start leaking next, the bolts that hold the generator
bracket on will!
