 If you are talking about what I think you are talking about, (the 
sealing felt wedges at the rear of the block) these things have to be 
soaked in sealing compound and driven into position. They come in strips 
about 9 inches long and are scored almost all the way through. It is 
easiest to seperate the pieces completely and after soaking, drove them 
in one at a time. The channel for these strips is only about 4 1/2 inches 
long, but you will be able to get almost all of the 9 in. strip in each side.
 Hope this is what you were referring to.
