NO! NO! NO!  
Never turn over a TR engine with the head off or without special factory or
home made fixtures to hold the wet liners in place.  If the engine is tight
(and it will be) the liners will move, losing the seal at the figure of eight
washers!!!!   The holddown fixtures can be heavy flat washers chosen to fit
over the appropriate studs to clamp two adjacent liners in place using a
short piece of pipe tightened down with the a nut and washer.   

Any coolant that seeps into the crankase won't hurt any thing as you're going
to change the engine oil anyway.
