I agree that heavier oil is not the answer to trans lubrication. I never proposed that. I am suggesting that a good quality oil stabilizer in addition to the suggested lube will assist any recommended lube in doing its job better by allowing the lube to "cling" to moving parts and prevent lube "foaming" which is an absolute deterrant to good lubrication and proper cooling.
