You could try Holden, the Lucas specialist, at +44 1885 488 000 
(they moved house recently). They are friendly people, seem to have a
very good connection with Moto-Lita, and it would not surprise me if 
they could supply the horn button as a separate item. (The complete boss
is part no 090.075 and sells for GBP 21.50, BTW).
