On my Tiger I currently have '95 Mustang (Cobra) rear discs and calipers. The
main features that pulled me there was that the disc bolt pattern matched what
I'm currently using (5 on 4 1/2) and that the calipers had cable parking brake
actuation of the pads in addition to the hydraulic pistons.
But those discs are too large for a 13 inch application. At the time I did the
conversion, I traded in a set of '85-87 Toyota Corolla GT-S (AE86 series) rear
disc calipers, which also had a cable parking brake. The Corollas of that era
had 14 inch OEM wheels but I'm pretty sure some people used 13 inch wheels on
them for autocross purposes.
Toyota made approximately a zillion of those cars so they might still be a good
aftermarket pick for a rear disc caliper.

I have. Dale's old kit. Works great. Fiat 124's are getting as rare as Tigers
though, not
a dime a dozen like in the '90s when Dale used their calipers.
