Graham,
I'm sure that you're right that the pressure switch is going bad. The
switch is separate from the brake line junction and can be replaced
separately. I'm pretty sure that Sunbeam Specialties has the switch.
Those pressure switches have a particular dislike for synthetic fluid, so
if you are using a synthetic you can expect the switch to fail again. Lots
of Tiger owners have given up on the pressure switch and have installed a
switch that's mechanically actuated by the break pedal. That's your best
bet if you want to run a synthetic. There was a discussion thread not long
ago in which folks showed how they had installed a mechanical switch. You
can probably find it in the archive with a little searching.
