Maybe your fulcrum mount in the bellhousing is loose or the release lever h=
as shifted or worn to the point where it=92s not working consistently?
A similar problem could occur with the linkage under the dash =96 check tha=
t first because it=92s way easier to get to and you can see what=92s going =
on there.
Other than that =96 I=92d say it might be a hydraulic problem like an air b=
ubble that sometimes gets in the line and sometimes not=85 check your fluid=
level and maybe bleed the system, look for gunk or contaminated fluid.
