Hi Peter,
If you're looking at replacing concrete anyway, infloor heating is awesome. We
have one boiler that services both the basement floor and our 650 sqft garage.
The garage is 2x6 walls, insulated, and the heated floor keeps it comfortable
to work in even when it's -30 outside.
