These conditions would make the pressure region irrelevant. Thus at low
speeds, with a pusher fan, an unlatched hood might just have benefits after
all. Well..., for the car, maybe not the driver. Seems it is time someone
adapt a surplus fighter canopy actuator to the hood for the ultimate in heat
control. :-)
