Tiger Tom has been working on a Tech Tip article for the horns; I
have no idea if he has completed it. He thinks the majority of the
problems is with dirty points and the adjustment screw position is critical
for the horns to work.

Contact him at Tigertoms@aol.com maybe he can help.

I too have been having trouble with my horns, one is dead the other just
barely chirps (I suspect a grounding problem). I took the dead one apart
and tried to rig it with no luck. Since I cant find a replacement, is there
any resources out there that can rebuild the clear hooters?
