Tony, I reported the use of a small half size coolant bottle, available at the Pep Boys. that fits at the top front side of the left fender - inside engine compartment. Clears everything. The surge tank must be fitted with a 14 psi pressure cap that has a vacuum valve for transferring bottle fluid in, but sealing when operating to allow pressure in the radiator.
