There are many different companies applying powder coatings in addition to the home versions found at Eastwood and the likes. Powder coating must have a correctly preped surface, free of oils and contamination, be applied correctly and at the right temp. A failure at any of these steps can create the problem talked about. We remove powder coating in a bake off oven and rarely by blasting. Moonstone |
