RE: Front turn signal housing GROUNDING?

I replaced both bulb holders with two wire types, and just wired them to
power and a good chassis ground.  I did have to modify the turn signal
assemblies to accept the new bulb holders.

As I recall, the headlight ground wasn't too good either, so I fixed
that at the same time.
