The screws are held in by plates inside the kick panels. These plates are held
in
by tabs that
can be bent out so the plates can be removed. I got my door bolts loose by using
the gas wrench
from inside the kick panel, then a long screw driver, bolts came right out.
Plates can be removed
retapped painted etc....
