I've been following this thread and have learned a lot over the past few days. Thanks everyone! Just a quick shot in the dark (my Tiger's been on blocks for 15 years so I've been kind of out of it). Is this related to the engine/tranny twisting on the mounts under acceleration torque and (completely or partially) shorting out a hot wire? This could diminish voltage under acceleration conditions, but perhaps not under regular running. Tony McNulty |
