There are really poor choices on antenna location. Most of that era
where telescopic, and were mounted on the passenger side front fender.
The problem is no one designed a way to get the antenna wire cleanly
inside to the radio, so it sort of snakes it's way thru a hole in the
jamb and then ducks behind the dash.
Took some pictures for you. I know they will be filtered on to the list,
but will send them to any individual that wants them.
The under car antenna has a lot going for it. It may not work as well,
but good in strong signal areas and can't be seen. No holes in body
shell. Sold at Pep Boys.
