Window Installation

Hope someone can provide some guidance.  I  need your thoughts on the best 
procedure to get the windows installed onto the lifting mechanisms.  That is, 
how do I get the guide pins into the channel on the bottom of the window.  I 
have the lifitng assembly loosely installed and the window is in place and 
ready to drop (push) down the guide channels.
