If the slave is rebuilt, there is no need to adjust the
linkage - unless he has changed it in removing and cleaning
it.  Then it needs careful adjustment so the throuwout bearing
isn't dragging, yet the travel isn't too much.  There are two
holes in the pedal arm for adjusting the pedal height, but
that also adjusted the rest and full throw positions.

It probably is not the hydraulics - UNLESS he mounted the
cylinder on the wrong side of the bracket!!!
