Theo,
Picture Jeff (about 200 pounds of mostly hot air) standing
on top of the cowl, no windshield yet, and swinging a mighty
big 40 pound sledge in an arc from behind his back to 2 feet
below his ankles (with a long enough handle that he could
bend over that far).
I'll betcha Jim Barrett would have no problem, and he's 2/3
that weight , and with bad knees. Although he'd probably
reduce the sweat and just cut an weld it back 4 inches.
