Al's right (not that he needs MY blessing.....)

I like the DOT 5 Lucas stuff....but I am considering a switch to silicone
'cause I just don't get to drive my car enough.  Good example is that I
rebuilt my clutch master about a year and a half ago.  Currently leaking
slightly into the cockpit, so will have to do another re-build soon.

If you drive it year round, and are willing to maintain your brakes by
changing fluid annually, use higrade brit juice. If you will leave it
undriven
for any length of time, my vote is for silicone. It wont degrade your
system----and if any of the lines you made up aren't perfect, silicone will
find a way to leak out.
