Regarding running better in the cooler weatrher - A year or so ago Hot Rod magazine claimed that the typical engine will increase horsepower by one horse for every 10 degrees that underhood temperature is reduced. I'm pretty sure that they were referring to lowering the temp. of the cumbustible air as per your cold air induction idea. I always thought that should be the cheapest way to gain horses in a Tiger.
