Upper Shackle Bushing Removal Technique

Could use some hot pointers on how to remove the upper shackle bushings.
These are the ones at the top of the shackle (not the one in the leaf
spring).  Looks like they are pressed into a steel tube which is welded into
the frame.  Mine are original, so I don't expect them to come out without a
fight.
