Reading about Kit Car 'Manufacturers', it seems that a very
great many only advertise and take money, but do not deliver
all, or sometimes any cars. The majority of those who do
rip-off the public are located in Florida, where the article
said the local authorities are not to sympathetic to
complaints. It seems the BBB has also filed for
bankruptcy. Can't figure out why, the article says they
don't do anything about kit car complaints anyway, so no
expense. Some of the manufacturers were visited, and their
"factory" consists of a private P.O. box and a cardboard
hand lettered sign in an empty lot. Check out the kit car
web sites.
To the point, it doesn't much matter what they call it, as
it probably will never get built. Based on prior experience
I would wager on the 'sales' name being:
1) The Mowgli
2) Sher Kahn (sp?)
3) Tyger
4) Tie-Grr!
5) Sunbeam Tiger MkII
