Since most of you are youngsters, I will pass this on to you. My first
experiance with
synthetic oil was in 1954 working at Allison Aircraft Engine Engineering in
Indainapolis. We used the oil in the turboprop engines at about $75 a quart.
When we blew an engine on the dyno, it turned the walls a Kelly green. So much
for your history lessons for today.
