Challenge

     A couple weeks back I issued a challenge in my British Car Day note, 
     and NOBODY noticed.  I suggested that one of our Tiger regulars 
     instead showed up in his KAR-120C replica, and asked if any of you 
     trivia types out there knew what type of car that would be.  I didn't 
     hear a single word about it.
     
     So here's your last chance to prove you spent far too many years in 
     front of the tube in your youth (a hint).  Can anyone identify the 
     car?
