Jeff,
If you can re-silver a mirror, you are not just a "glass shop", but a mirror
maker with vacuum desposition capability.
I persume, becasue of the surround, that this is a MkI. Had mine taken to an
"Antique Mirror Refinsher" and got back a re-slivered and protective coated for
$25. CAT warehouse sells them outright for about the same price. Be VERY
careful what "glue" you use to re-mount it, or it migh fall in your lap or take
the coating off.
