Tom, your simple solution is great for the specialized group of people "who
just wanna have fun...etc. "

However it does nothing for those of us who would like , if we're gonna
have a certification program at all, to have it agreed upon and
administered with representation from ALL involved persons, Tiger clubs, etc.

BTW, while I'm posting this, you made the statement to me that: ( and I got
it right this time 'cause I did a cut and paste... )

Tom, if it's really that "cut and dried",......no if's , ands, or but's,
then it should be EASY to get consensus from other clubs, etc.   At that
point we'd all have an _ agreed upon_  standard ! 

Then, of course, you'd still have the issue of;  how much deviation from
the standard is still considered a real Tiger, how much isn't......  but
that problem could be worked, with participation from ALL who will be
affected....
