BTW:

The company I was referring to is at

http://www.kandrreplicas.co.uk/

Their kits are much cheaper (i.e. you have to build it yourself but it costs 25
quid vs 60),

but they're all complete metal 1/43 scale kits.

They have a tremendous selection, all British cars and models, even the TR4
and 4a (and 5). You have a selection for most cars of hood up, down, or
hardtop (or coupe, if so equipted).

I haven't bought anything from them, so it could all be crap.

Try and buy a model of a rubber bumper Midget. Nothing out there at all except
one company in the UK that makes them custom for 60 quid apiece without
shipping.

sigh...

I'm pissed off to a medium degree because all the toys, games, momorabilia use
the TR3's instead of the TR4's. Everything of collectible interest on eBay is
TR3 junk. Yeah, yeah, I know why -- much more charming and all that stuff, but
I'm still medium pissed off.
