[Spridgets] Cap and rotor for 45D4 Distributor?

Does anyone know what year(s) the Lucas 45D4 dizzy was used so I can go 
to the local parts store to see if they have a cap and rotor? I have one 
that I had set up with a Crane fireball ignition and yesterday the car 
died on the way home leaving me waiting for 2 hours in the 95 degree 
heat for a tow truck.

I have spark at the lead off of the coil but no spark at the plugs. The 
cap and rotor didn't look particularly bad but I'm at a loss as to what 
else it could be.
