First off, Thanks for that information. Very useful and interesting.
But I also want to respond to the comment that a bar is uneccssary except for
"spirited driving". I will only speak from my own experience, but these cars
are spooky to drive w/o a front sway bar and even if for some reason a driver
felt comfortable behind the wheel of a Sprite lacking one, there is alwys the
unexpected emergency maneuver to consider.
If cost is a consideration, it shouldn't be as a standard factory bar and new
hardware can be found for $100 or less.
