WW Tire sources

I kinda went through the archives a bit, and all the
old posts I kept regarding tire choices. I don't want
to beat a dead horse, or waste others time, but it's
still not clear to me after cruising web sites for a
half hour what the easy choices are for tire selection
for 13x4 Wires. Anybody got a quick answer? A good
one?
I'd like something for dry conditions, pretty sticky,
wear life not too important.
