Well folks, this sounds like a great project. However, I am organizationally
impaired, so I will be utterly useless when it comes to planning the event.
OTOH, I am in the Chicago area, so if it transpires that the event is in
Chicago/Rockford I will cheerfully help with any tasks that involve actually
going out and gettting things done. Just call me the subroutine ;-)
As far as scheduling is concerned, I will be in the BabeRally the end of
May, so May is probably not my first choice. I will also be on the road in
mid-September, so that would be bad for me as well. Early July tends to be a
bit hot around here, but August is usually quite nice.
