odometer fixed

I opened up my speedo to see what could be done about my non-working
odometer.  It turns out the fix was a matter of  "collecting the loose bits
and putting them back where they belong".  David R sent me some photos of an
assembled example of the odometer, and I documented my own re-assembly.  The
moral is, if your odometer stops working, it MAY be an easier to fix than
you think.
