I got to tell you that I sell off about 5 to 7k of new Harley parts a month
in an agreement with our local Harley dealer - plus I also dabble on Guitars
and amps.
This month I will gross about 3k in guitar tube amps.
Over the years I have had a few screwups that were my fault. My solution has
always been to not only refund the shipping as well as the purchase price,
but I also add an additional 10 - 25 dollars into the mix - depending on the
original price of the item and the overall issue. Why shouldn't I? I was the
one that caused the "buyer" to have an issue. I feel totally responsible when
anything negative happens that has my fingerprint attached to it.
I have 630 feedbacks (showing) with a 100% rating.
As far as I am concerned when you treat people the right way it comes back to
you "measured flat and pressed down." (To use a Biblical phrase).
Just had to share my thoughts!
