carb stacks

Hello spridgets,

  i was the winner of the SU carb stacks on ebay (a christmas present
  to myself?!).. now --------

  what do i do with 'em? .. can i run 'em on the street? or just
  change to them when i go to car shows? .. do i need to richen the
  carbs when running with them? .. will they allow DAMAGING
  particulates to enter the cylinders?

  hints?  tips?   advice?

  I'm listening.
