The "lady" yopu are refering to is just a clerk She takes orders over
the phone and tries to figure out your order from the catalog and the
computer. She is absolutely clueless about what she is selling. Just
like when you order from VB. The other employee there is fairly
knowledgeable about the products they are selling, but he is far from an
expert about "A' series parts. David is the only one to talk to with
any questions about your order unless you know exactly what you are
ordering. There are a couple of temporary employees there that really
know their stuff about parts and machining of heads and such. Until
David gets back, these guys are who to talk to. I'm sorry I don't know
their names, but I will be picking up an order there this week and I can
get their names if anyone has to deal with APT before David return on
October 8th.
