Here again...different designs, different
materials, though they "look alike"?
This is why I personally use only K&N
cleaner on K&N filter products, though there may be something else out
there
that work's perfectly well without breaking
down or having some sort of negative affect on the proprietary filter
material.
But, here again, I don't really "know".
This may also be the reasoning behind
why another lister uses the K&N "dry" in
a racing application, his only interest being in something which fits
his application and in blocking the "big stuff"
only, and not the "fine stuff" as "with oil".
