I bought a Suzuki trail bike back in the '60's and the little shop where I
bought it had a Norton--one day the owner asked me if I would like to hop on
the
back and take a ride out the road with him. He started the engine and it
emitted a deep gutteral, powerful exhaust tone. Hopped on and away we went. I
remember three things about that motorcycle: it was the most beautiful bike I
had ever seen, it seemed to have untapped power, and it vibrated like a
massage chair. I loved the ride. Always thought I would like to have one of
those
in my weaker moments.
