The best excersize for the "entire" human
being is sex and plenty of it. Second is
probably swimming. It doesn't "beat up"
the body or it's parts (joints and the like).
Walking and bicycling are great, too.
Your case is special. You shrunk from
within!! Problem is, you did too good a
job of it in time.
YOU go to a doctor!! And get medical
recommendation for your particular case
'cause it's not "the norm" and you are not
20 years old.
