ok as many of you know i have lost over 200lbs.  i feel a bit like a human
sharpei about now with all the fat i have lost.   i'd like to get some
muscle tone but, it's been over 25 years  since i "worked out".  are there
any list members that regularly work out and or are into some serious
"fitness" or body building?   i have some questions ?
since this is way-way off the stuff we discuss here please respond off
list.(c'mon man,,,,,it's not cats, guns, politics, or frank zappa ...right?)
