Fuel Pump?

Just tried starting the Midget after letting it sit for two months.

Turned the ignition key  to  "On" but there was no "click - click" from the 
fuel pump that I normally hear.  Continued to turn the key to "Start" and the 
engine cranked fine, but no fuel going to the carb.

Where do I "start"?
