Bill,
Some day when its nice and warm on a long or uphill drive, lift back the
carpet and put your hand on the tranny tunnel. Now you know where most of
the under-bonnet heat on a Spridget escapes. If you fill in the space with
insulation you'll soon be able to bake pizza in your engine compartment.
If you live in a really cold environment, disregard the above observation
and good luck.
Regards,
Glen Byrns
