When I first bought a Sprite a good friend had an MGB. He couldn't corner as
quickly. We devised a rule of thumb for cornering in the two kinds of cars.
When you saw a yellow warning sign (snake sign: curvy line with a slower
speed under it) and you were driving an MGB you could double the speed (on
the warning sign) and add 10 MPH. If you were driving a Spridget you could
triple it and add 5 MPH!!!
