Tuning

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Chris Cotting, for his great
article. I printed the whole thing.
Had my Bug Eye's transmission rebuilt over the Winter, reinstalled the
engine and tranny a couple of weeks ago, and have been struggling ever
since to get the carbs balanced.  Chris's article arrived in the nick of
time, because I'm running out of swear words.
