I think a backseat would be one of the most useless vestigials you could have 
in a Spridget.  It would just take up valuable luggage/carrying space,  while 
no one who is normal, with both legs and a body, could use it.  Might look 
all right, but useless, udderly usless as "its on a boar hog" (as they say).
