I don't see this as a problem IF the hot water is generated by the car then
it is more than likely that the w/s will have been warmed by the defroster
somewhat. I agree that dowsing the w/s with hot water first thing in the AM
is ill advised. I have done this without problem and used the wipers while
driving.
